Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love shopping at SoundHeroes. 

If for any reason you don't love your purchase, contact us and we'll be do our best to make it right.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

You have 24 hours from the time you placed your order to contact us and request order adjustments or cancellation. 

If 24 hours passed, your order has already been processed and can no longer be modified.

Damaged Or Incorrect Order

We check every single order for quality and accuracy. 

However once it leaves our facility, the package is no longer within our control. 

Although it is highly unlikely, it could happen that you receive a damaged item
 or incorrect product. 

If that's the case, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all our customers and we are happy to offer a free replacement or a refund on the affected items.

Simply email us your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item or the damaged area of your item. 

We'll be happy to organise a replacement or a refund without delay.

Order Not Received?

If you haven't received you order within 60 days (latest) from the date you placed the order in our store, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. 

*This policy excludes errors made by buyers who provided incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or buyers who have missed parcel deliveries.


We can only 
replace defective items or incorrect orders. Please refer to the Damaged Or Incorrect Order section above for details on how to proceed with a return in this case.

Before returning your product, make sure:

  • It was received in the last 30 days
  • It's brand new - unused and in its original packaging
  • The product itself is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
